Delivery Time

We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible.

  • Orders are generally processed within 1 to 2 business days.

  • Customers in Karachi may receive their orders within 1 to 2 working days after dispatch.

  • Orders for other cities in Pakistan may take approximately 3 to 5 working days after dispatch.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on the courier service, location, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

  • During sales, promotions, or high-order periods, delivery may take approximately 6 to 8 working days.

Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Shipping Charges

Changing Your Order

Currently, H2O delivers within Pakistan only.

Customers outside Pakistan may contact our customer support team to inquire about possible international delivery options.

Cash on Delivery

If your order is placed through Cash on Delivery (COD), please try to keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery to avoid any inconvenience for you or the delivery rider.
